Description Responsible for creating programs and solutions to support clinical trial recruitment and retention. Qualifications Bachelors degree from accredited institution required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of four (4) to five (5) years of clinical trial industry experience required. Three (3) to four (4) years of project management experience required. Responsibilities Liaise with Trial Management Teams to determine study support required for each specific clinical trial Collaborate with respective Study Management Teams to build comprehensive recruitment and retention strategies and solutions Design and develop programs and recruitment tools that will drive patient enrollment and retention Write and edit recruitment materials geared towards patients and health care professionals Select, negotiate and manage third-party vendor components of study solutions Lead implementation/deployment of study solutions Deliver study solutions regarding patient recruitment and retention on-time and within budget Communicate to Study Management Teams monthly charge backs JOB ID: 58404
